About Me

About me

Me!

Hi! I’m Chelsea, the voice, the body, the brain behind Hartology! I started this Blog because I wanted to write about things I love and enjoy in my life – being a working mum and wife, and random musings that come to mind.

Im in my 30’s, and met the man of my dreams 8 years ago through friends at a time that I wasn’t looking to meet anyone, let alone fall in love. Within 3 months we had fallen head over heels in love and moved in together – quick I know, risky sure, but when it’s right, it’s right! Three years later in 2005 we found out we were pregnant! A completely unexpected surprise, but one that we welcomed with open arms! Our new journey as parents began with ups, downs and complete turnarounds! We married in 2007 with our beautiful daughter Makayla as flower girl. In 2008 we had another daughter, Ashlyn and life has never been quiet again! This year Alyssa joined our family and we are now complete!

Being a wife and mother has brought so much joy in to my life and I am truly blessed to have such a wonderful family – but in saying that, don’t for a minute think that this wonderful family doesn’t push me to my limits, test all my patience and boundaries! Our house is full of love, laughter, tears and tantrums (all within 30 minutes) but that’s what keeps life interesting and me on my toes!

Hartology is a collaboration of everything I love, like and loath! Family, Being a Wife and Mum, Friends, Recipes, Design, Shopping, Crafts, yadda yadda yadda. If your still reading and haven’t clicked off yet, I hope you have as much fun as I have writing this!!
